WHY ANBY

Every other AI meeting tool has amnesia.

They know what was said. Anby knows what it means — for your goals, your tasks, and your organization's long-term memory.

Otter

A transcript. Then silence.

  • Speech-to-text is solid.
  • No connection to your goals.
  • No follow-through after the call.
Fellow

Action items. No goal context.

  • Pulls action items decently.
  • Doesn't know your OKRs exist.
  • Tasks live in a silo.
Lark AI

Summary. Doesn't know your KRs.

  • Decent meeting summaries.
  • No bidirectional OKR sync.
  • Stops where the meeting stops.
Anby

Otter, Fellow, and Lark hear the words.

Anby connects them to your goals, your tasks, and everything that came before.

THE FIVE-PART BRAIN

One meeting. Five cognitive moves.

Anby maps the way a great team thinks — capture what happened, decide in the room, execute right after, remember forever, and hand it to your AI agent.

Capture

Transcribe + meeting-type detection

Bot joins Zoom, Meet, or Teams. Live transcription. Anby recognizes OKR check-ins, standups, retros, and 1:1s — and structures the summary accordingly.

Decide

Real-time follow-up

Every 10-15 minutes, AI checks the room: off-topic? Time over? Missing an agenda item? A quiet nudge keeps decisions in the meeting, not in Slack at midnight.

Execute

Artifacts, tasks, and email — automatically

Action items land in Jira / Linear / Anby Tasks with owners and deadlines. Each summary ships with a dynamic AI artifact — chart, dashboard, or table specific to that meeting — and a structured email to attendees in their language.

Remember

God Brain ingest + editable summary

Every transcript, decision, and KR update flows into your org's long-term memory. Every field is editable inline — fix a name, sharpen a decision, the original transcript stays as evidence.

Connect

Hand it to any AI agent over MCP

Anby exposes your meetings through MCP — the standard your AI assistant already speaks. Connect Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT in one click. Your agent reads summaries, searches transcripts, finds related meetings — scoped to you, read-only, no broad database keys.

What did we decide about pricing in Q1?
    God Brain

Decided to keep usage-based pricing for AI Meeting. See: Pricing RFC, 2026-01-24.

  7. Anytime

Your AI agent picks it up

Connect Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT once. Your agent queries Anby over MCP — list meetings, search transcripts, fetch summaries — without leaving its chat window.

What did Sales decide about pricing in last week's call?

    tool · search_meetings

Sales Weekly · 2026-05-13 — kept usage-based pricing, defer enterprise tier to Q3.

MEETING INTELLIGENCE

Different meetings. Different summaries.

Anby detects the meeting type and produces the schema that fits — not a one-size-fits-all transcript. Bring your own when ours doesn't fit.

GOD BRAIN

Your org's long-term memory.

Not a wiki. Not a folder. A living brain that auto-ingests every meeting, decision, and KR — and answers organizational questions in plain English.

Ask anything

  • Which KR has Team Sales struggled with for 8 weeks?
  • What did we decide about pricing in Q1 — and why?
  • Who owns the Tokyo launch? What's blocking it?
  • Show me every meeting where we discussed churn.
God Brain

Which KR has Team Sales struggled with for 8 weeks?

KR2 — Monthly Revenue ($240k → $500k). It has slipped or stalled in 7 of the last 8 weekly check-ins. Root cause discussed in 3 separate meetings: conversion funnel breaking at the demo-to-trial step.

BUILT FOR TRUST

Your data, your rules.

Anby was built for the CFO, the security lead, and the IT admin — not just the user who said yes.

No training on your data

Transcripts go through the LLM provider; the provider does not retrain on your content. Confirmed in writing.

Multi-tenant isolation

Every workspace is logically isolated. Cross-tenant reads are impossible by construction, not by policy.

Per-meeting access control

Only attendees see a meeting by default. Promote to team or org with one click. Audit log on every change.

Data residency on request

Choose the region. Delete on demand. Full export at any time.

FAQ

Common questions.

Short answers. If we missed yours, write us — we read every message.

Which meeting platforms do you support?

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Self-hosted variants on request.

What languages does Anby transcribe?

English, Vietnamese, and 30+ others via ElevenLabs Scribe. Mixed-language meetings handled natively.

How is this different from Lark AI Meeting?

Lark transcribes and summarizes. Anby knows your goals, drafts KR updates, routes tasks to Jira / Linear, and ingests everything into a queryable org memory. Lark stops at the summary.

Where does the data live? Who can see it?

Your workspace is logically isolated. By default, only meeting attendees can read a meeting. Audit log tracks every access. LLM provider does not train on your content.

Is Anby free?

Yes — free during early access. Unlimited users, no credit card, no per-meeting gotchas. We'll give plenty of notice before that changes.

Can I edit summaries after they're generated?

Yes. Every field is editable. Optimistic concurrency prevents teammates from overwriting each other. Original transcript is always preserved.

Does Anby integrate with Jira / Linear / Lark Base?

Yes — bidirectional sync for tasks (Jira, Linear, Anby Tasks) and OKR records (Lark Base, Anby OKR).

Can I bring my own meeting schema?

Yes. Talk to us about a custom schema — we'll map your team's vocabulary to Anby's structured output and keep it consistent across recurring meetings.

How do I connect Claude / Cursor / ChatGPT to Anby?

Generate a personal token from Settings → Integrations → MCP. Paste it into your AI agent's MCP config. Your agent gets read-only access to your meetings, summaries, and tasks — scoped to your account, tenant-isolated. Works with any MCP-compatible client.

What can I do with the dynamic AI artifact in a summary?

For each meeting, Anby can render a one-off interactive artifact — a chart of OKR shifts, a workload table by attendee, a decision flow diagram — generated from the transcript. It runs in a sandboxed iframe (no network, no cookies) and lives at the top of the summary tab.
